Features of the RAMRAGE ICON grips:Ā 

  • DESIGN: designed to reduce chafing in the thumb area. The inner material gives great comfort, with a soft and slightly padded feel. With a 2.5 cm wide strap and a wrist adjustment according to size. Model without holes.
  • SIZE:Ā Differences inĀ the length of the strap as well asĀ the width at the wrist (wristadapt). Measure from the wrist to the tip of the middle finger: S (small) up to 19 cm and B (big) from 19 cm onwards.
  • BAR TYPE: ideal for very rough and abrasive bars, such as the SPEAL bar, or racks covered with forging paint. Not recommended for smooth or lacquered bars. The model that slides best on the bar without slipping.
  • RESISTANCE: It has a medium-high resistance. Durability depends on training intensity and body weight. Recommended to replace the grips every 3-6 months for peopleĀ over 80 kg and for people with a lower body weight once a year.
  • Sold in pairs (assigned right and left) and unisex.
  • Hand wash.
